Forward Madison’s goalkeeper Taylor Bailey has been recalled from his loan and will remain with the Oakland Roots SC for the rest of the season. The 25-year-old joined the Flamingos a little less than a month ago when he was acquired via a season-long loan. Since then, the Tennessee native started in one game for FMFC, where he helped the Flamingos win their first home game of the season 2-1 against FC Tucson on June 4th. In the match, Bailey allowed one goal and recorded three important saves to help the Flamingos hang on to win.
The goalkeeper will now rejoin Oakland in the USL Championship, where he started the season. Bailey figures to see a big role with the Roots for the remainder of the year. We wish Taylor nothing but the best of luck with Oakland!
